Glazebrook House Hotel is fully equipped for conferences with two main function rooms available for hire. Situated in South Devon close to the A38 between Plymouth and Exeter and Dartmoor National Park, the hotel enjoys a scenic and tranquil yet highly accessible location. We’re a popular choice for business meetings, conferences, seminars and team building events.
Our hotel includes two main conference rooms: the larger room can be divided in two, creating a private dining area or adjoining breakout room. The School Room on the first floor is ideal for smaller meetings and seminars of up to 30 people.

We can provide a full range of conference facilities including PowerPoint projectors (£10 charge), overhead projectors, screens, flip charts, pens, televisions and video/DVD players. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout most of the hotel. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

There is no charge for room hire for groups of more than 12 taking lunch.
Residential conferences
An en-suite room plus full English or Continental Breakfast and a three or four course evening meal can be added to any of the four packages. Prices start from £65 per person.
Cancellation policy: Regretfully, bookings cancelled with less than five working days notice will be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to the room hire cost for each day.
