Chef Ben Palmer joins us with an excellent reputation for cooking that puts a contemporary twist on classic dishes. Using the best the region has to offer, this is sophisticated but unpretentious dining, big on flavour and technical skill.
Adjacent to the dining room, our farm style kitchen will be offering Chef’s Table dining as well as cooking classes and demonstrations.
